NFL: Amazon extends and expands its digital broadcasting partnership for three seasons (2020-2022)

The American e-commerce group Amazon has extended, for the 2020, 2021 and 2022 regular seasons of the NFL, its digital rights to broadcast 11 of the 18 "Thursday Night Football" games, on 29/04/2020.

These games, produced and broadcast in the United States by the Fox television network, will be accessible "to more than 150 million Prime subscribers worldwide, and in more than 200 countries and territories on Prime Video sites and applications (VoD platform) and Twitch (streaming platform specializing in video games)" indicated the NFL.

In addition to these Thursday night games for which Amazon has held digital rights to since 2017, Prime Video and Twitch will broadcast an exclusive game internationally for the Saturday end of the 2020 regular season. This match will also be broadcast in the United States on free channels in the local markets of the two participating teams.
