Euro Media Group: merger of On Rewind and Netco Sports, Rémi Chasles appointed CEO of the entity

On Rewind, a company specialised in the development of enhanced OTT solutions, and Netco Sports, a provider of OTT solutions and multi-platform applications, are merging into a single operating entity headed by Rémi Chasles as CEO as of 17/07/2020, announced their parent company Euro Media Group on 06/07/2020.

On Rewind and Netco Sports will retain their brands within this new structure, which aims to strengthen Euro Media Group's digital services.

"Netco Sports and On Rewind, acquired by Euro Media Group in 2015 and 2017 respectively, have been cooperating and creating strong synergies for more than three years. Rémi Chasles, co-founder and CEO of On Rewind since its creation, replaces Gilles Chasson, CEO of Netco Sports since 2017," said Euro Media Group.
