On Rewind, a French company specialised in the development of enhanced OTT solutions, and Netco Sports, a French provider of OTT solutions and multi-platform applications, have merged into a single operating entity headed by Rémi Chasles (who led On Rewind before the merger), announced their parent company Euro Media Group on 06/07/2020.
