"At the start of the season, we had budgeted €60m in revenue and €60m in expenses without any player sales. Unfortunately, as we speak, we've lost about €30m in revenue. That's about €10m due to Covid-19 and €20m thanks to Mediapro," said Marc Keller, president of RC Strasbourg Alsace (Ligue 1 Uber Eats), in an interview with the French regional radio station France Bleu Alsace, on 09/02/2021.

"Obviously, we are trying to work on savings. We're a fairly agile club, so that's what we're trying to do. We've also obviously worked on State aid, whether it's part-time unemployment, but also aid for lost tickets or exemptions from social security contributions. We also met our players and the majority accepted a wage reduction of 15% to 20% over six months. This may represent perhaps 10% of the losses we have, but it nevertheless contributes to this solidarity," added the president of the Alsatian club.
