FIFA: Kenny Jean-Marie (FRA) appointed as chief member associations officer

Kenny Jean-Marie has been appointed as FIFA's chief member associations officer, announced the body on 22/03/2021.

The Frenchman joined FIFA in 2020 as director of member associations services, with the task of overseeing all services provided to FIFA's 211 national member associations to strengthen their development, via the "Forward" development programme. "He notably worked closely with FIFA’s former chief member associations officer, Véron Mosengo-Omba (Switzerland/DR Congo), in rolling out FIFA's ground-breaking FIFA Covid-19 Relief Plan to protect and preserve football from the consequences of the global pandemic," said FIFA.

"FIFA confirms that Véron Mosengo-Omba will leave his role as chief officer of the FIFA member associations division with immediate effect to take on the position of CAF general secretary," announced FIFA on 13/03/2021, the day after the election of Patrice Motsepe (South Africa) as president of the Confederation of African Football.
