"Report on the organisation of the UEFA Champions League final on 28/05/2022 at the Stade de France and the reinforcement of the management of major sports events" is the title of the 30-page report (document, in French, available to download) submitted to Élisabeth Borne, Prime Minister of France, by Michel Cadot, Interministerial Delegate for both Major Sports Events (DIGES) and the Olympic and Paralympic Games (DIJOP) on 10/06/2022.

This document analyzes the incidents that occurred around the Stade de France (Paris, FRA) during the Champions League final between Liverpool FC (Premier League) and Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) (0-1), the kick-off of which had to be delayed by 35 minutes, on 28/05/2022.
