Think Football 2022: "A collective agreement for women's football by 2023-24" (F. Safanjon, UNFP)

"We are working with the FFF on a specific collective agreement, which must be solid and which could, in time, be attached to the Professional Football Charter (in force for players). We aim to sign this collective agreement for the 2023-24 season. Women's football will remain under the Federation's umbrella. The high-level women's football committee has the ambition to structure a league dedicated to the discipline within the FFF. The executive committee will take a position over the next few months," said Fabien Safanjon, vice president of the UNFP, during Think Football 2022, at the FFF headquarters in Paris (FRA) on 04/10/2022.

"How can we sustainably boost women's football?" was the theme of a discussion proposed by the Union Nationale des Footballeurs Professionnels (UNFP), which featured, in addition to Fabien Safanjon:

• Gilles Galinier, communications director at Arkema
