Women's World Cup 2023: all you need to know about broadcasters in France & internationally

The free-to-air TV group M6 and the public broadcasting group France Télévisions are sharing the French broadcasting rights for the Women's World Cup 2023 (to be held in Australia and New Zealand from 20/07 to 20/08/2023), acquired on 14/06/2023 (agreement between the EBU and FIFA for France Télévisions). The two broadcasters will each pay €3m for these rights, making a total of €6m, according to the French sports daily L'Équipe.

France Télévisions will broadcast 32 matches on an exclusive basis (24 matches from the group stage, four Round of 16 matches, two quarter-finals (including the French team if it qualifies), one semi-final and the final), as will the M6 group, which will broadcast the 32 other matches (24 matches from the group stage, four Round of 16 matches (including the French team if it qualifies), two quarter-finals, one semi-final (including the French team if it qualifies) and the match for third place).
