The Derby Crown Court has ordered Mark Gould, the man who ran the unlawful streaming service Flawless that illegally broadcast Premier League games "to forfeit proceeds of criminal activities and return £2.35m (€2.72m) or face a further prison sentence of 10 years," the English league announced on 01/05/2026.

This order follows similar proceedings brought against four other individuals involved in the Flawless service, who were also ordered to return £1.4m (€1.62m). In total, the five pirates must pay back £3.75m (€4.34m) for running Flawless, "the second-largest figure ever ordered in the UK against the operators of an illegal streaming service," according to the Premier League.

The five individuals were convicted of providing illegal access to Premier League matches and were sentenced to more than 30 years in prison cumulatively in May 2023. "The illegal streaming business involved over 50,000 customers and resellers, as well as 30 employees," according to the league.
