The "Kansas City Stadium" (Missouri, USA), with a capacity of 69,045 for the 2026 World Cup, is hosting six matches during the tournament (see schedule below), including the quarter-final between Argentina and Switzerland on 11 July (kick-off at 03:00 CET on 12 July).

Designed by American architecture firm Kivett and Myers, the stadium opened in August 1972 at a total construction cost of $43m. The venue is one of the 16 host stadiums selected for the 2026 FIFA World Cup co-hosted by the United States, Mexico and Canada.

The stadium is owned by Jackson County (Missouri) through the public Jackson County Sports Complex Authority. It features 80 suites and 8,300 premium seats. The venue is also among the stadiums included in the United States-Mexico-Jamaica-Costa Rica bid for the 2031 FIFA…
