Premier League: Canadian brand Dryworld succeeds Puma as Watford FC kit supplier (for 2016-2019)

The Canadian brand Dryworld has become the official kit supplier of Watford FC (Premier League) for the 2016-2019 period (three seasons), announced the English club on 09/05/2016. Dryworld succeeds the Spanish manufacturer Joma (2009-10), the Qatari manufacturer Burrda (2010-2012) and the German brand Puma (2012-2015 and 2015-16) as the official kit supplier of the club.

This agreement is "the largest sponsorship deal in the club’s history," said Spencer Field, Watford FC commercial director. The annual amount is estimated at between £2m and £3m (between €2.5 and €3.8m) by the British media.

Dryworld, founded in 2010 in Victoria (British Columbia, CAN), mainly produces and sells underwear, technical wear, outdoor sport shoes (football, American football, rugby) and raincoats, as well as thermal and waterproof protection that adapts to other shoes brands.

The Canadian brand was chosen as the kit supplier of the Brazilian clubs Club Atlético Mineiro, Fluminense FC (Chevrolet Brasileirão Série A) and Goias EC (Série B) at the beginning of 2016. It also become a technical partner of QPR…
