FC Barcelona's Museum has opened a 70-m2 gallery dedicated exclusively to Lionel Messi, on the 12/07/2013. Located in the Camp Nou stadium, the 'Espai Leo Messi' is situated on the first floor. Visitors can see the Messi's four Ballons D’Or (2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012) and two of his Golden Boots*, the trophy awarded annually to the top scorer in all European leagues.

Vistors can also watch every goal Messi has scored for Barcelona (313 goals in 378 matches) on two interactive screens. "The visitors really wanted something like this," said Jordi Penas, the museum's director on the 13/07/2013.

Opened in 1984, the Camp Nou museum welcomed 1.6m visitors in 2011. It is the second most visited museum in Spain, after the Museo del Prado in Madrid (2.9m visitors in 2011). The museum earned FC Barcelona €25m in ticketing in 2011

A visit to Barça's museum is included in the "Camp Nou Experience", which also includes a stadium tour and access to a multimedia space.
