LaLiga: Playtika (mobile gaming) becomes main shirt sponsor of Sevilla FC for 2017-18

Playtika, an Israeli mobile gaming development company, has become the main shirt sponsor of Sevilla FC (LaLiga Santander) for the 2017-18 season, the club announced on 19/08/2017. The amount of the agreement is "several million euros".

Playtika enjoys the status of major partner, the first level in the sponsorship hierarchy of Sevilla FC. As part of the agreement, the logos of Playtika's most popular games will get visibility on the front of the Sevilla FC shirt, as well as on the communication platforms of the club. Playtika will also benefit from promotion of its different games on the media platforms of the Spanish club.

Sevilla FC did not have a main shirt sponsor since Matchday 21 of the 2016-17 LaLiga Santander. CTPR (Compañía de Turismo de Puerto Rico), the Puerto Rico Tourism Authority (a Caribbean territory associated but not incorporated in the United States) had downgraded the level of its partnership with Sevilla FC agreed to on 01/02/2017.
