Bundesliga: Uhlsport to succeed Erima as kit supplier to 1. FC Köln (2018-2022, €4.5m / season)

Uhlsport, the German sports equipment brand, will be the next kit supplier of 1. FC Köln (Bundesliga) for four seasons (2018-2022), the club announced on 22/08/2017.

Uhlsport will enjoy the status of a major partner, the first level in the sponsorship hierarchy of 1. FC Köln. The equipment manufacturer will pay Köln an annual amount estimated at €3.5m, according to German media.

Uhlsport will succeed its German counterpart Erima as the equipment supplier to 1. FC Köln, who has been partnered with the club since the 2012-13 season, and whose contract expires in 2017-18. Erima pays Köln an annual amount estimated at €2.5m.

Uhlsport has not had a presence in the Bundesliga as a kit suppler since 2011-12 and relegation of 1. FC Kaiserslautern (2.Bundesliga in 2017-18).
