NFL: ProSiebenSat.1 extends as the TV rightsholder in Germany on free-to-air

ProSiebenSat.1 has extended, valid for Germany, its exclusive broadcast rights on free-TV of the NFL, said the German free and pay-TV group on 01/09/2017. These rights are valid for all broadcasting platforms.

The free channel ProSieben broadcast the opening game of the 2017 NFL regular season, New England Patriots - Kansas City Chiefs (27 - 42) on Thursday, 07/09/2017 at 20:30 US East Coast time (02:30 CET)). The ProSieben MAXX channel also broadcast two games from the first NFL weekend.

DAZN, the Perform Group sports OTT platform, is the exclusive rightsholder of the NFL for pay-TV in Germany.
