Jupiler Pro League: Stats becomes supplier of sports data for three seasons (2017-2020)

Stats, a company specialising in the capture and analysis of sports data, has become the official data provider and performance monitor of the Jupiler Pro League for the next three years, until 2019-20, announced the American company on 05/09/2017. "This is a performance contract, valid only for the Jupiler Pro League and not the Proximus League (Belgian second division)," the Pro League told News Tank Football on 07/09/2017.

"The collaboration with STATS, which has been ongoing since the first match of the season, has helped the Pro League Belgium clubs to progress in the management of their technical data and also the video capture and tracking of their games. Following the recommendation of our national coach, Roberto Martinez, the Jupiler Pro League clubs have decided for a complete consolidation of our information between the 16 clubs and their use by the technical staff of the Belgium Federation," said Pierre François, CEO of the Jupiler Pro League, on 05/09/2017.
