Matchday 3 of the 2017-18 Serie A TIM season drew an average of 24,768 spectators per game, on 09 and 10/09/2017. The average stadium fill rate was 66%.

Inter Milan - SPAL (2-0), on Sunday 10/09/2017, drew the best crowd of the weekend, with 57,235 spectators at the San Siro (78,328 seats, fill rate of 73%). No game drew less than 10,000 spectators.

Cagliari Calcio - FC Crotone (1-0), the first Serie A TIM match in the Sardinian club's new home, the Sardegna Arena (16,233 seats) on Sunday, 10/09/2017, drew 14,076 spectators (fill rate: 87%). The UC Sampdoria - AS Roma game, scheduled on 09/09/2017 at 20.45 CET, was postponed due to heavy rain and flood risk.

The average attendance of the Italian championship is currently 23,845 spectators per game after three matchdays, with an average stadium fill rate of 66%.

  • The 20 Serie A clubs drew an average of 22,225 spectators per game in 2016-17, for a fill rate of 58%.
