Premier League: energy drink Gatorade to sponsor Arsenal until 2015/16

US energy drink brand Gatorade has become sponsor of Arsenal (Premier League), the club announced on the 26/09/2013. The three-year contract between the two parties will run until the end of the 2015/16 championship.

Under the agreement, the Gunners' first team and youth teams (under 21 and under 18 years old), will use Gatorade before, during and after training sessions and official matches. Gatorade will also be advertised at the Emirates Stadium (60,000 seats) and on communication media of the club.

Arsenal and Gatorade scientific teams will work together to develop specific nutrition plans for players to optimise performance during training and competition.
