Media: Bundesliga to launch its official YouTube channel

Bundesliga has launched its official channel on the online hosting and sharing video platform YouTube, the instance managing the German Bundesliga announced, on the 26/09/2013. "This new offering is the perfect complement to the existing media partnerships which give all 209 FIFA (Federation Internationale de Football Association) member states broadcast access to the Bundesliga," said the Bundesliga.

An editorial team of the German league will produce every day new video content, commentary in English, including the five most beautiful goals for each day of the championship, players interviews, backstage of the Bundesliga and highlights of the most memorable fixtures in the history of the German championship.

The editorial content will also be adapted to target the audience of some countries: in its presentation video, the Bundesliga not only puts forward its German stars, but also Polish and Japanese.
