Poland: public group TVP acquires one game per week of the 2017-18 Champions League

The Polish public TV group TVP has acquired the rights to the Champions League for the 2017-18 season, on 12/09/2017, via sub-license from the pay-TV group NC+. According to the agreement, the group will broadcast one game per week of competition on all its platforms, including TVP1.

NC+, a Polish subsidiary of the French pay-TV group Canal+, is the holder, in Poland, of the TV rights for the 2015-2018 European cups. TVP had previously only sub-licensed the rights to games of Polish teams involved in the competitions.
