Juventus FC (Serie A TIM) achieved a record turnover (for the club and the Serie A TIM) of €562.7m for the 2016-17 fiscal year (from 01/07/2016 to 30/06/2017), up 45.1% compared to 2015-16 (€387.9m), the club said after the board of directors approved the unaudited balance sheet for 2016-17, on 22/09/2017.

This document will be submitted for approval at the meeting of shareholders, assembled at the Allianz Stadium of Turin on 24/10/2017. Net profit for 2016-17 amounted to €42.6m, representing an increase of 78.3% (€4.1m in 2015-2016), and a positive result for the third consecutive fiscal year.

TV rights are the club's main source of revenue (41.4%), with €232.8m. The increase (€194.9m in 2015-16, up 19.4%), was due to the club's run in the Champions League (defeat in the final against Real Madrid, 1-4, 03/06/2017).

Player trading amounted to a record sum of €151.1m (26.9% of the club's revenue), up 225.6% (€46.4m in 2015-16), mainly due to the transfer of the French international Paul Pogba to Manchester United FC (Premier League) in August 2016, estimated at €105m.
