Matchday 6 of the 2017-18 season of LaLiga Santander season drew an average of 23,898 spectators per game from 23 to 25/09/2017. The average filling rate was 77%.

Club Atlético de Madrid - Sevilla FC (2-0), the opening match of the round on Saturday 23/09/2017 (kick-off 13:00 CET), drew the best crowd of the weekend, with 60,823 spectators present for the second match played in the new stadium of the Madrid club, the Wanda Metropolitano (capacity: 68,000 seats; thus a fill rate of 89%).

Six games drew fewer than 20,000 spectators, and only two more than 30,000 spectators. The average attendance of the Spanish championship is currently 26,603 spectators per game after six rounds, with an average fill rate of 71%.

  • The 20 LaLiga Santander clubs recorded an average of 28,109 spectators per game in 2016-17, for a record fill rate of 74%.
