Ligue 1 Conforama: attendance for Matchday 8 of 2017-18, PSG - Bordeaux draws 47,537 spectators

Matchday 8 of the 2017-18 Ligue 1 Conforama season drew an average of 19,568 spectators per game from 29/09 to 01/10/2017. The average stadium fill rate was 76%.

Paris Saint-Germain - Girondins de Bordeaux (6-2), on Saturday 30/09/2017 (kick-off at 17:00 CET), drew the best crowd of the weekend, with 47 537 spectators at the Parc des Princes (47,929 capacity; fill rate of 99%).

Only three matches drew more than 20,000 spectators, and five had fewer than 15,000 spectators. Amiens SC - LOSC Lille, on Saturday 30/09/2017 (kick-off at 20:00), was stopped in the 16th minute of play due to the collapse of a barrier in the visitors' stand at Stade de la Licorne (11,534 capacity). This match is postponed to a later date.

The average attendance of the French championship is currently 22,410 spectators per game after eight rounds, for an average fill rate of 71%.

  • The 20 Ligue 1 clubs had an average of 21,208 spectators per game in 2016-17, for a stadium fill rate of 68%.
