Matchday 7 of the 2017-18 Premier League season drew an average of 41,220 spectators per game from 30/09 to 01/10/2017. The average stadium fill rate was 98%.

Manchester United FC - Crystal Palace FC (4-0), on Saturday 30/09/2017, drew the best crowd of the weekend, with 75,118 spectators at Old Trafford (76,643 capacity; fill rate of 99%).

Only one match drew fewer than 20,000 spectators: AFC Bournemouth - Leicester City FC (0-0), at the Vitality Stadium (11,360 capacity). The average attendance of the English first division is currently 38,293 spectators per game after seven rounds, with an average fill rate of 95%.

  • The 20 Premier League clubs had an average of 35,819 spectators per game in 2016-17, for an average stadium fill rate of 96%.
