Facebook: Top 100 European clubs with the most fans (October 2017)

Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander), with more than 106 million fans, is the most followed European club on Facebook, according to data recorded by News Tank Football which establishes the Top 100 most popular European clubs on this social network as of 01/10/2017.

With 668,302 additional followers in September 2017, Manchester City FC (Premier League, 10^th in the Facebook 100) is the club that recorded the highest increase, in gross terms, in the Top 100, ahead of Paris Saint-Germain (+328,343 Facebook fans) and Real Madrid CF (+129,363). In September 2017, Manchester City FC became the 10^th club in the ranking to exceed 27 million fans. In relative terms, the club with the highest percentage growth was FC Girondins de Bordeaux (Ligue 1 Conforama), with an increase of 10.3%, or 74,332 additional Facebook fans in the past month.
