Turkey: Galatasaray partners with UNICEF to raise awareness for children's rights

"Galatasaray SK (Süper Lig) have signed a major partnership with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) to raise awareness of children's rights and support UNICEF programmes in Turkey and around the world," announced the club, on 18/09/2017. Details of the agreement have been communicated.

Galatasaray SK is the fourth football club to partner with UNICEF, after FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander), Manchester United FC (Premier League) and Olympiakos FC (Super League Souroti, GRE).

"We are inviting all Galatasaray SK fans to support this cooperation with UNICEF. Investing in today's children is to make sure fans and athletes are better equipped tomorrow. Through Unicef, Galatasaray aims to help all our children including those who have been separated from their countries," said Dursun Özbek the president of Galatasaray SK.
