The 20 clubs in the 2017-18 Ligue 1 Conforama season have a cumulative total of 15.33 million followers on the social network Twitter, according to data recorded by News Tank Football on 01/10/2017. Ligue 1 ranks fourth in the European Top 5 leagues, behind LaLiga Santander, the Premier League, and the Serie A TIM, with an average of 766,363 followers per club.

The 20 clubs of the 2017-18 Ligue 1 Conforama have an additional 3.7% followers compared to the beginning of September 2017 (15.32 million compared to 14.67 million).

Paris Saint-Germain became the first French club to exceed 5 million followers, and have had an additional 277,208 (+5.3%) followers in the past month.
