Everton FC: fans chose the new logo that the club will use from 2014/15

Everton FC (Premier League ANG) have unveiled the new logo selected by their supporters on the 03/10/2013. It will become the club's official logo from the 2014/15 season.

A vote was organised by Everton between the 23/09/2013 and the 01/10/2013. Three graphic proposals were submitted to the appreciation of the fans. 13,229 people gave their opinion, and graphic A got a majority of votes (10,343 votes, 78.18%).

The vote was proposed in response to the protest of supporters about Everton's new logo for the 2013/14 season. On the latter, the Latin motto of the club ("Nil Satis Nisi Optimum", "Nothing but the best is good enough") and the two laurel wreaths, symbol of victory had disappeared. An online petition was launched to return to the old logo (24,043 signatures, on the 17/09/2013).
