Scotland: Rangers FC announce partnership with Gameday Arts Academy (India)

"Rangers Soccer Schools are delighted to announce a new and exciting partnership with Gameday Arts Academy from India - a first for Rangers Football Club in the country," said the club on 29/09/2017.

"The agreement will allow young, talented kids from the Soccer Academy based in Bangalore exclusive access to the Club’s state of the art training centre in Scotland where they will experience best in class training sessions from qualified academy coaching staff. In addition, Rangers staff will travel to India in person to identify players as well as develop the resident coaching team at Gameday Arts Academy," added the Glasgow club.

"It is our first partner from India and represents a real opportunity to engage promising young footballers. We look forward to building this association for many years to come," said Gary Gibson, Soccer Schools manager, Rangers FC.

Rangers FC is the second club to join the Gameday Academy in Bangalore after Cruzeiro FC (Brazilian first division).
