EPFL: General Assembly in Tel Aviv (ISR) on 20/10/2017

The EPFL is holding its next General Assembly at the Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv, Israel on Friday 20/10/2017. The relations of the European association of professional leagues with UEFA, FIFPro, and the European Union are on the agenda. The day before, on Thursday 19/10/2017, the representatives of the European Leagues will gather for a seminar.

EPFL president Lars-Christer Olsson and Israeli league president Oren Hasson will hold a press conference following the General Assembly on 20/10/2017, aprroximately 12:30 local time / 11:30 CET.

The amendments to the UEFA Statutes approved at the UEFA Extraordinary Congress of 20/09/2017 should enable the EPFL to secure a seat on the UEFA Executive Committee in the future. The ECA now has two representatives in the European football government, Andrea Agnelli and Ivan Gazidis.
