2016-17 Champions League: €110.4m for Juventus (finalist), €81m for Real Madrid (winner)

Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander), winner of the 2016-17 Champions League (4-1 against Juventus in the final, on 03/06/2017), received €81.05m from UEFA, notably behind Juventus FC (Serie A TIM), finalist, who received €110.4m, according to figures released by UEFA on 20/10/2017.

The 32 clubs that participated in the 2016-17 UEFA Champions League group stage, and the 10 clubs eliminated in the qualifying play-off, received a total of €1.385bn from UEFA, compared to €1.345bn for the 2015-16 season.

The average amount paid to the 32 clubs in the 2016-17 group stage is €41.8m.
