Barça Innovation Hub: Sports Technology Symposium, in Barcelona (ESP), on 09 and 10/11/2017

The third edition of the Sports Technology Symposium will be held in Barcelona (ESP) on Thursday 09 and Friday 10/11/2017. It is organised by Barça Innovation Hub, a platform for research, development, training and innovation for FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander), and launched by the Catalan club on 22/03/2017.

The conference will focus on the analysis of performance and data as well as digital experience in the sports industry. The programme includes round-table discussions on connected stadiums, talent detection, data-based strategies, and new opportunities for information and communication technologies in the field of sport.

Ryan Montoya (chief technology officer of the Sacramento Kings, NBA); François David (director of information systems, Olympique Lyonnais, Ligue 1 Conforama); Gareth Griffith (sports software manager, Formula One Group); Nicolas Evans (manager of the FIFA Quality Programme), and Paul McCrudden (global marketing, Twitter) are on the list of speakers.
