FFF: agreement with Shankai Sports Travel for training of young Chinese players in Clairefontaine

The French Football Federation and the Chinese company Shankai Sports Travel in Beijing (CHN) have signed an exclusive cooperation agreement, until 31/08/2020, for the reception and training of young Chinese players at the French National Football Centre (CNF) in Clairefontaine (FRA, south of Paris), announced the FFF on 18/10/2017.

"Specialising in sports tourism, Shankai Sports Travel will promote the CNF to Chinese schools, sports associations, and professional football clubs, while the Chinese company will also provide logistics for their arrival to Clairefontaine. Twenty young Chinese players already received training at Clairefontaine in August 2017," added the French Federation.

The FFF and the French Professional Football League opened a joint office in China on 16/02/2017. "This responds to the desire of the Federation and the LFP to export French football knowledge and develop the French football market in China and abroad," said the FFF and the French League in announcing this initiative on 22/09/2016.
