Serie A: Korean company Samsung extends its partnership with Juventus by three years

Korean group Samsung Electronics has extended by three seasons its contract with Juventus (Serie A), as official partner until the end of the 2016/17 season, the club announced on the 04/10/2013.

"Samsung will provide the club with a host of state-of-the-art equipment, installing televisions, plasma screens and a 16-screen ultra HD video wall at Juventus Stadium and Juventus Training Center," said Juventus.

"Juventus College students will have tablets, notebooks and interactive whiteboards made available to them in the classroom as they combine their academic studies with sporting activity. The partnership will also be extended to the club’s medical department, which will be able to take advantage of the latest hi-tech equipment developed by the South Korean company," added the Italian club.

Under the agreement, a Juventus application will be created on Samsung Smart TV, to provide information to fans in real time.
