Ligue 1 Conforama: "LOSC in the City", a free newspaper to be distributed in the city of Lille

"A newcomer has arrived in Lille. Its free, twenty pages long and its called #LOSCInTheCity," announced LOSC Lille (Ligue 1 Conforama) about their new tabloid newspaper devoted to club news, on 24/10/2017.

With an initial print run of 50,000 copies, "LOSC in the City" will be released each Wednesday before LOSC Lille home games, starting on Wednesday 25/10/2017, the date of the LOSC Lille - Valenciennes FC (Domino's Ligue 2) Coupe de la Ligue match (2-2, LOSC won on penalties), at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy (47,500 capacity).

"LOSC in the City is a new 100% free local media that is meant for the city's community. 'LOSC in the City' is obviously about LOSC Lille and football, but it will also be about metropolitan life and the people of the city too," added the Lille club.

  • LOSC Lille are currently 19th in the 2017-18 Ligue 1 Conforama table after ten matchdays and a game in hand (match interrupted against Amiens SC), with 6 points (1 win, 3 draws and 5 losses).
