Bundesliga: 44,527 spectators per match after 10 matchdays in 2017-18, average fill rate 92%

Six of the nine games with more than 40,000 spectators, no match under 30,000, four of the nine games sold out: Matchday 10 of the 2017-18 Bundesliga drew a total of 430,086 people to German stadiums, or an average of 47,787 per game, from 27 to 29/10/2017.

The average attendance of the 2017-18 German first division is currently 44,527 spectators per game after 10 rounds, with an average stadium fill rate of 92%. This represents an additional 3,035 spectators per game (41,492 in 2016-17), or an increase of 7.31%.

These figures are from the Bundesliga, whose 18 clubs have an average of 26,180 season ticket holders in 2017-18, and is the the most watched football league in the world in terms of stadium attendance, far ahead of the Premier League (38,555 spectators per game after nine rounds in 2017- 18, average fill rate of 95%).
