Serie A TIM: attendance for Matchday 11 of 2017-18, AC Milan - Juventus FC draws 78,328 spectators

Matchday 11 of the 2017-18 Serie A TIM season drew an average of 28,024 spectators per game, from 28 to 30/10/2017, a record attendance since the beginning of the season. The average fill rate was 75%, which was also the best of the 2017-18 season so far. The average attendance for a Serie A matchday has not been this high since Matchday 12 of the 2014-15 season.

AC Milan - Juventus FC (0-2), the opening match of the weekend, on Saturday 28/10/2017 (kick-off at 18:00 CET), was the game that recorded the highest attendance of the day, with 78,328 spectators at the San Siro (78,328 capacity, a fill rate of 100%). Only three games drew more than 30,000 spectators, and six less than 20,000 spectators.

The average attendance of the Italian league is 24,441 spectators per game after 11 matchdays, for an average fill rate of 64%.

  • The 20 clubs of the Serie A TIM recorded an average of 22,225 spectators per game in 2016-17, for a fill rate of 58%.
