Facebook: 49.8 million fans in total for the 20 Ligue 1 Conforama clubs (November 2017)

The 20 clubs in the 2017-18 Ligue 1 Conforama have more than 49.8 million fans on the social network Facebook, according to data collected by News Tank Football on 01/11/2017. The Ligue 1 Conforama is the least followed European Top 5 league on Facebook, with an average of 2.49 million fans per club.

ESTAC Troyes had the best percentage growth of the Ligue 1 Conforama clubs (+1.8%) compared to on 01/10/2017 with 65,730 fans in total.

Paris Saint-Germain became the first French club to cross the 30 million fans mark in July 2017, and recorded an increase of 275,625 fans in September (+0.9%). PSG alone comprises 64.3% of the total fans for all Ligue 1 Conforama clubs; no other club in the Top 5 dominates its league in this way on Facebook.

15 of the 20 Ligue 1 Conforama clubs saw their number of fans decrease in October 2017 (see below). This drop can be explained by a "cleanup" operated by Facebook, which removes the "likes" given by "bots" (robots) or by inactive or even deactivated accounts.
