AS Roma's (Serie A) board of directors has approved the provisional accounts of the club on the 30/06/2013 that record a deficit of € 40.1m (as opposed to € 58.4m on the 30/06/2012, or a decrease of 31%) with a consolidated turnover of € 124.7m (€ 116m in 2011/12, up 7.5%) and a reduction in wages of € 8m (from € 102.8m to € 94.2m, - 7.84%), on the 07/10/2013.

Seventh in Serie A at the end of the 2011/12 season, AS Roma were not qualified in any European competition in 2012/13. Sixth in Serie A in 2012/13, they will also be excluded from European competition in 2013/14. Therefore, the club is expecting new "significant losses" by the 30/06/2014.

Regarding the income, the most important source comes from TV rights, amounting to € 66m, including € 58.9m from the Serie A.

The report must be approved by the shareholders' meeting held on the 28/10/2013.
