Altice: CEO M. Combes resigns, P. Drahi named chairman of the board, and A. Weill president of SFR

Michel Combes, CEO of Altice and Chairman and president-CEO of SFR, has resigned, announces the Altice Group on 09/11/2017. A new management structure has been put in place, notably to "better implement Altice's strategy."

Patrick Drahi, founder and principal shareholder of Altice, becomes chairman of the board of directors of the group and "will put in place the strategic, operational, commercial, and technological priorities of the group, as well as their execution, in particular for SFR."

Patrick Drahi will be accompanied by:
• Dexter Goei, until now president-CEO of Altice USA, who becomes the CEO of Altice, replacing Michel Combes.
• Alain Weill, managing director of Altice's media activities, who also becomes president of the SFR Group and COO of Altice Media.
• Dennis Okhuijsen, until now the finance director of Altice, who becomes the CEO of Altice Europe.
• Jérémie Bonnin, secretary general of Altice.
• Armando Pereira, appointed COO of Altice Telecom.
