LaLiga Santander: Plus500 (broker) extends as shirt sponsor of Atlético de Madrid until 2020-21

Plus500, a Cyprus-based financial broker, has extended as the shirt sponsor of Club Atlético de Madrid's (LaLiga Santander) for three years, until the end of the 2020-21 season, announced the club on 16/11/2017. Plus500 has been Atlético's shirt sponsor since the 2015-16 season, according to the contract signed on 24/06/2015 and which was previously to the end of the 2017-18 season, on 09/01/2017. The new agreement could be €15m per year in fixed amount, according to the Spanish media, versus €11m per year in 2017-18.

Plus500 replaced the National Tourist Office of Azerbaijan, who paid an estimated €12m for the main shirt space in 2014-15. Plus500 broker was previously the back of the shirt sponsor of Atlético for half a season, from January to May 2015.

Plus500 will continue to benefit from wide visibility on the LED panels within the new Atletico stadium, the Wanda Metropolitano.
