Singapore: MP & Silva to produce a daily sports programme for StarHub operator

Media and marketing rights agency MP & Silva has been selected by Singapore telecom operator StarHub to produce, from the 10/10/2013, a 30-minute daily sports programme, announced StarHub, on the 08/10/2013.

StarHub is a fixed-line and mobile telephony, Internet and IPTV operator. The group broadcasts Singaporean and foreign TV-channels, as well as its own channels, including SuperSports sports channels.

The announcement of the partnership with MP & Silva coincides with the launch on the 10/10/2013, of a new version of its news channel SuperSports Arena, now available for free, and "to almost all households in Singapore," said the company.

For SuperSports Arena, MP & Silva will produce a 30-minute daily sports programme called "SuperSports 360", which will broadcast images of national and international competitions. According to the Asian press, the agency will give priority to the championships of which it holds international distribution rights, including Ligue 1 (FRA), Serie A (ITA), Brasileirão (Brazilian championship ) and matches of the nationals teams of England and Italy.
