Serie A: Bosch to partner with Juventus for the development of the Continassa area

German electronics company Bosch has partnered with Juventus (Serie A) as part of the development of the Continassa Area, the club announced on the 11/10/2013. The Continassa is an area near the Juventus Stadium (41,000 seats) where the new headquarters of the club, a training center, a hotel, commercial and residential buildings will be built.

Bosch Group will provide its technological expertise in design, equipment, and management of services for energy efficiency during the build. The German company will design and build facilities that allow energy savings and significant reductions in the environmental impact of the new buildings.

Juventus have signed an agreement with the city of Turin for the management of the 180,000 m2 of the Continassa Area for a period of 99 years, on the 12/09/2013. The land price is estimated at €11.7m. Delivery of the site is expected in early 2016, and the various facilities represent an investment of €87.5m for the club.
