LaLiga: official opening ceremony of its office in Brussels (Belgium), its ninth outside of Spain

LaLiga officially opened its office in Brussels (BEL) on Tuesday 28/11/2017, the Spanish League announced on 29/11/2017. "The opening of this latest international base, which offers the institution a permanent presence in the political heart of Europe, represents a key element within LaLiga’s strategic growth plans," stated LaLiga.

The official opening ceremony was hosted by Cecilia Yuste, the Spanish Ambassador to Belgium, at the Spanish Embassy Residence in Belgium, who "was joined by a LaLiga delegation headed up by the institution's president, Javier Tebas; Laura Vilches, LaLiga's head of European public affairs; Melcior Soler, the director of LaLiga's audiovisual department; and Joris Evers, LaLiga's head of global communications," said LaLiga on 29/11/2017.

"The institution has had a presence in the Belgian capital for the past two years, being represented in the city by LaLiga's head of European public affairs, Laura Vilches," added the Spanish League.

LaLiga: the Brussels office the league's ninth abroad
