Facebook: 50.3 million fans in total for the 20 clubs of Ligue 1 Conforama (December 2017)

The 20 clubs in the 2017-18 Ligue 1 Conforama have more than 50.3 million fans on the social network Facebook, according to data collected by News Tank Football on 01/12/2017. The Ligue 1 Conforama is the least-followed European Top 5 league on Facebook, with an average of 2.51 million fans per club.

Amiens SC had the best percentage growth of the Ligue 1 Conforama clubs (+ 5.1%) compared to on 01/11/2017, with 62,188 fans in total.

Paris Saint-Germain became the first French club to cross the 30 million fans mark in July 2017, and recorded an increase of 317,172 fans in November 2017 (+ 1%). PSG alone comprises 64.4% of the total fans for all Ligue 1 Conforama clubs; no other club in the Top 5 dominates its league in this way on Facebook.

Seven of the 20 Ligue 1 Conforama clubs saw their number of fans decrease in November 2017 (see below). This drop can be explained by a "cleanup" operated by Facebook, which removes the "likes" given by "bots" (robots) or by inactive or even deactivated accounts.
