beIN Sport launches two channels in the Philippines on SkyCable platform, on the 15/10/2013

Qatari sports channel beIN Sport has launched two channels in the Philippines, on the pay-TV SkyCable platform, it was announced on the 14/10/2013. The launch of the two channels was held on the 15/10/2013.

beIN Sport Premier League HD 3 is a channel entirely dedicated to the English Premier League, with all 380 Premier League matches played each season, as well as magazine shows, previews of upcoming matches and match highlights. The channel, which broadcasts 24 hours a day, features more than 40 hours of live programming each week.

beIN Sport 2 HD also offers Premier League matches, the Serie A (ITA), Bundesliga (GER), and Ligue 1 (FRA), as well as other competitions such as the Asian Games in 2014 (Incheon, South Korea), the ATP 250 tournaments (tennis), the World Cup of Baseball, the Spanish basketball championship and Six Nations (rugby).

The Asian press said the launch of the two channels will be followed by a third one, beIN Sport 1 HD, in the coming months. This channel will also offer live football matches, covering Serie A and Ligue 1, as well as Major League Soccer (North…
