UEFA: 4 Euro 2020 matches scheduled in Brussels have been allocated to London, opening match in Rome

"Due to the Eurostadium project’s failure to meet the conditions imposed by the UEFA Executive Committee during its meeting of 20/09/2017, the four matches (three group matches and one round of 16 of the UEFA Euro 2020) initially scheduled to be held in Brussels (BEL) will now be allocated to Wembley Stadium, London (ENG) following a vote by the committee. This means Wembley will host a total of seven matches since they were already set to stage the semi-finals and final of the tournament," announced UEFA at the House of European Football in Nyon (SUI) on 07/12/2017.

London will host seven of the 51 Euro 2020 matches, featuring 24 national teams, held in 12 venues in 12 different cities, with the English capital hosting both semi-finals and the final.

The Stadio Olimpico in Rome has been chosen by the UEFA Executive Committee to host the opening match of Euro 2020. The full schedule, including the knockout stages, will be confirmed soon, according to UEFA on 07/12/2017.
