2017 Footgolf Cup: 132 participants, Jamie Cullum (ENG) winner, Antonio Balestra (FRA) second place

132 participants (including 15 women) from seven different nations competed in the final of the 2017 Footgolf Cup, from Friday 08 to Sunday 10/12/2017 at the Al Maaden Golf Resort in Marrakech (Morocco). Victory went to Englishman Jamie Cullum (UK no.1), Antonio Balestra (FRA, French no.1) was second, and Mikael Lampenois (FRA) third.

"We come to Morocco for the quality of the footgolf courses, the climate, and especially for the sense of welcome we receive from the Moroccans. We have a mission to help develop footgolf in this country," said Romuald Pretot, president of the French Footgolf Association (AFFG), on the occasion of the presentation of this fourth edition of the Footgolf Cup on 07/12/2017.

"I am very pleased to have been able to host the competition for the second consecutive year and to introduce the discipline to AFFG members, in view of the next World Cup," said Nicolas Barraud, general manager of the Al Maaden and the Montgomerie golf courses, both located in Marrakech.
