UEFA has redistributed €6,363,000 "for breaches of the Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations to clubs who participated in the 2016/17 UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League," said UEFA on 12/12/2017.

"In line with the decision of the UEFA Executive Committee of September 2014, 80% of the amounts (€5,090,400) withheld due to non-compliance with FFP rules have been distributed equally to clubs that played in the group stages of the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League, and 20% (€1,272,600) of the amounts withheld have been distributed equally to clubs eliminated during the qualifying stages of the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League," explained the European Confederation.

Sanctioned clubs, those with which a settlement agreement had been concluded or to which disciplinary measures had been imposed in relation to Financial Fair Play in 2016-17, "were not entitled to receive these amounts," said UEFA.
