Infront: Julien Ternisien (FRA) appointed director of the "Summer Sports" business unit

The Frenchman, Julien Ternisien, has been appointed director of the "Summer Sports" business unit at the Swiss media rights and sports marketing agency Infront, on 14/12/2017. Ternisien will take office no later than on 01/05/2018. This appointment follows the decision of the Swiss agency to separate the "Summer Sports" unit from the football business units.

Stephan Herth is currently in charge of the the two units and will make the transition with Julien Ternisien before devoting himself exclusively to football by no later than 01/05/2018. Infront is now divided into five units: football, "Summer Sports", "Active Lifestyle & Endurance", "Winter Sports and Digital", and "Production & Sport Solutions" (digital solutions and services).

Julien Ternisien was, since April 2005, the director of "Summer Sports" sports rights for the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), after having worked for the pay-TV group Eurosport.
